Marco Bottari de Castello

Certified Public Accountant - Statutory Auditor

Marco Bottari de Castello, certified public accountant since 1989 and statutory auditor since 1995. After a decade of experience at a major accounting firm in Treviso, he founded a network of accountants, lawyers, and labor consultants in 2000 (Studi Professionali Integrati, based in Montebelluna). In 2023, he founded Bottari e Andreasi Studio Associato, a partnership of certified public accountants, with offices in Treviso and Montebelluna. He holds corporate positions as director and statutory auditor in various companies and associations. He specializes in taxation, corporate law, M&A, extraordinary transactions, corporate-asset-financial restructuring, generational transitions, asset protection, trustee activities, and strategic consulting in general. The multidisciplinary nature of the firm and the continuous collaboration with internal and external partners enable him to provide services with high professionalism and added value.

Simona Andreasi

Certified Public Accountant - Statutory Auditor

Simona Andreasi, Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from Ca’ Foscari University, has been registered with the Order of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts of Treviso since 1990 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995.

Immediately after graduation, she began her professional activity and qualified for private practice. After gaining significant professional experience at renowned accounting firms in Vicenza, she moved to Montebelluna in 1992 and, after collaborating with another firm, in 2000 she began working with Studio Sernaglia Bottari e Associati, becoming a partner in 2006.

Since 2023, she has been a founding partner of Bottari e Andreasi Studio Associato, conducting professional activities at the offices in Montebelluna and Treviso.

She primarily deals with corporate and business consulting for Italian and foreign companies and groups, contract consulting, preparation of financial statements, including consolidated statements, and tax returns, advisory activities on matters relating to ordinary and extraordinary taxation

Over the years, she has specialized in conducting tax due diligence, tax audits, and assistance in M&A transactions.

She serves as a standing and alternate member of supervisory bodies of corporations.
